Arbitration- A process in which a disagreement between two or more parties is resolved by impartial individuals, called aebitrators in order to avoid costly and lengthy litigation.
For arbitration to work both sides must agree beforehand that the arbitrators ruling is final. To submit a case, both parties must submit an e-mail (hotshot012002@yahoo.com) with the same subject line and copy the other party on the e-mail( example subject line: Barber, Green trade from "On the Job" league) . Each party is to describe, in detail, their side of the story. Make sure to include the specifics around the transaction including all relevent league information (keeper rules etc.).
